Strengthening wellbeing to reduce attrition

Challenge

Shifting post-pandemic ways of working were driving stress, rising mental health leave and growing attrition at C Space (part of Interbrand and Omnicom). Despite investing in multiple wellbeing initiatives, the organisation wasn’t seeing meaningful impact.

Approach

A programme for three cohorts of 50 employees  combined practical teaching with live practice that delivered real benefits. Participants were coached to form ongoing peer groups across levels and geographies, sustaining the impact and breaking down silos long after the programme ended.

Impact

● 7% higher retention among participants, saving $70k in recruitment costs

● Significant improvements in wellbeing (WHO-5)

● Won Best New Mental Health Initiative (InsideOut Awards)
