Improving collaboration in a hybrid workplace
Challenge
The impact of an office relocation and ongoing hybrid working was impacting engagement across RAPP’s 400-strong agency team. Department heads were under particular pressure, feeling siloed and not collaborating effectively to hit ambitious financial targets.
Approach
WITHIN ran an leadership programme with senior department heads from across the business focused on building collective resilience and building skills to build meaningful connection with team members operating in a hybrid working environment. Follow-up sessions after the core programme reinforced desired behaviours and fostered strong relationships between peers.
