As business leaders, we have first-hand experience of building and transforming organisations.
Felix and Phil founded WITHIN in 2023 after years as board-level executives at C Space, where they led a leadership programme that genuinely worked: wellbeing improved, engagement rose, and people felt more connected than ever. Seeing how a human-centred approach strengthened both culture and performance clarified their mission. WITHIN was born.
In 2026, Lillemor joined as the third co-founder, bringing 15+ years of international experience in leadership, culture, and transformation consulting, including a decade at EY.
United by shared values and a common vision, the three founders combine complementary skills, deep experience, and the courage to challenge conventional thinking.

Felix Koch

Felix had a varied and rewarding career at C Space, from rapidly scaling a new subscription offer and successfully managing the business post-acquisition by Omnicom to heading up the EMEA & APAC regions.
Felix's strong focus on clients saw him deliver pioneering insight and innovation programmes for the likes of Google, Samsung, British Airways, IKEA and Jaguar Land Rover.
Together with Phil, Felix led EMEA as Joint MDs. During that time they won Best Agency and Best Place to Work and were listed as one of Management Today's Top Male Agents for Change for championing gender equity in business.
Phil Burgess

After several years running C Space's London office with Felix, Phil spent four years in Boston as C Space's Chief People Officer where he oversaw Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
He and his team were proud winners of Learning Team of the Year at the 2020 Learning Awards.
Phil is regularly asked to contribute to podcasts, webinars and books on leadership and culture-building and is passionate about helping businesses to create psychologically safe workplaces where people can thrive.
Lillemor Wortley
Co-Founder & Managing Partner of WITHIN

Lillemor is a transformation strategist with 15+ years of consulting experience, including a decade at EY. She specialises in shaping leadership, culture and organisational performance, bringing a deep understanding of the people perspective to unlock and accelerate commercial outcomes.
Her work spans sectors and geographies, with particularly strong experience in the life sciences and health sector, partnering with organisations such as NHS, GSK, Bupa, AOK and Charité.
She holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology and is a Visiting Fellow at the Tavistock Institute.
